FACT: If you can not ring in drinks you cant bartend. At GBS we use TOAST the #1 used system in the country. A Bartender MUST understand the functionality and usage of the Point Of Sales (POS) System. Spend the hours multi-tasking with it and learning from mistakes that will not cost them their jobs later. YOUR POS KNOWLEDGE IS EXPECTED TO BE ALREADY KNOWN BY MANAGERS. The POS system is 50% of what we use as we Bartend. Being THE ONLY SCHOOL with POS Systems gives our students the ability to start working immediately, no learning curves at all.
