We are highly structured and since we work one-on-one with our students as they learn, we can get anyone to elite bartending status in 1-2 weeks. A Bartender MUST understand the functionality and usage of the Point Of Sales (POS) System. Spend the hours multi-tasking with it and learning from mistakes that will not cost them their jobs later. YOUR POS KNOWLEDGE IS EXPECTED TO BE ALREADY KNOWN BY MANAGERS. The POS system is 50% of what we use as we Bartend. Being THE ONLY SCHOOL with POS Systems gives our students the ability to start working immediately, no learning curves at all.
